Where is Betsiefest Northwest held?
The event takes place outdoors on the private farm of a close friend. Attendees are asked to respect the property and the community atmosphere.
Is there a donation required to attend?
There is a suggested donation of $40 per person to attend the event. Donations can be made conveniently via Venmo at Betsiefest Venmo.
What is the "Leave No Trace" policy?
Betsiefest is a pack-it-in, pack-it-out event. Attendees are expected to carry out all garbage they generate during the festival to maintain the cleanliness and beauty of the venue.
Will there be food available to purchase?
What should I expect in terms of weather?
The event is scheduled for late June, with the forecast usually providing perfect weather. However, the event is rain-or-shine, so come prepared for any conditions.
Is overnight camping available at the event?
Yes, overnight car/tent/RV (no hook-ups) camping is available on Saturday only, with a suggested donation of $20. Campers are encouraged to bring headlamps and set up LED lanterns or glow lights for maximum effect.

What do I need to bring?
Attendees are encouraged to bring their own food containers, chairs, blankets, snacks, and beverages to enjoy picnic-style. Shareable food and drink are highly encouraged, and attendees should stay hydrated.
Can I bring my pet?
While this is a community of pet owners and lovers, we feel it is best for the pet and our event if they stay home. This is primarily due to the fact that this is a working farm with livestock. However, if they must come along, they must be fully leashed and attended to at all times.
Is grilling available at the event?
Grilling by the barn is not available. Attendees should be prepared to go picnic-style with their food arrangements.
